Uneven led back light

Hi fixers.. I have a question about my Sony Bravia. There is a bright band down one side of the screen. With the back cover off you can see one led strip is visibly brighter than the other three sides. I replaced the power supply board but the problem persists.. any ideas? Thanks!

i have uploaded an image.. it's kind of hard to see. but the light on one side is quite bright and white, the rest of the frame is less bright. also the frame gets hot where the bight led strip is while the other three sides are cool
