Paper jamming when I try to use Siser Easysubi paper

I have the Epson F170 sublimation printer and when I try to print on Siser Easysubi paper it gets jammed every time.

Is there a configuration setting in your Epson for choosing different paper types?

Hi,

Check that you have the latest version drivers applicable to the installed OS of your computer. Click on Downloads > Operating System.

Check what paper options are available:

Open the file you want to print.
Select Print or Page Setup from the File menu.
Select your printer.
Select Preferences or Properties to access the printer driver window and select the Paper type

I'm having the same problem with the F170 and the siser easy subli. Funny though I have printed the easy subli many times on this printer. Now the easy subli jams

Same here. I have the et 2760. It was suggested to clean the rollers.
