Zeppelin shows a pulsing red light when I plug it in and a loud hum.

the device has a pulsing red light when I plug it in, and a hum, then after 10 seconds a click and no more hum, red light flashes quickly. Can anyone help?

This should be the capacitor of the power supply, same issue happening all the time.
