Samsung j2 phone not showing option to come out of power saving mode.

My Samsung Galaxy J2 phone was put in 'ultra power saving mode' in long travel. I restarted the phone before putting in charging. Now the menu settings button does not display the option to return to normal mode. Not able to add contacts,surf internet, browse my files etc. Please help. Thanks in advance.
