How can I restore my chromebook back to chrome os from windows?

I installed windows on my chromebook and deleted all the partitions that where there, I am trying to restore it back to chromebook following some instructions on a blog, when I enter the final command____ sudo bash firmware-util.sh.

I get a response saying: no such file or directory exists

Are you sure you're running the script from the correct path?

you have to create a live linux usb (preferably ubuntu) and do the script there.

Hello!

It sounds like you will need to do a complete reinstall of Chrome OS since you don’t have the recovery partition anymore.

To do one can follow this guide (scroll past the Powerwash section):

It does require access to another Chrome book though.
