Hello am Daniel from Uganda, I need help am a technician am challenged by Yamaha psr 1100 all keys not working but demo is okay should the any power like 3.3v reach the keys diode am stuck any advice, thanks

Haven't looked at it closely but here's the service manual for the keyboard.
It has the schematics so you should be able to work out why the keys aren't working.
Maybe check the cable connection between the PN1 board and the DM board
