Soldering connection onto logic board

Hello I repair iPhones and so when my nephew asked me if I could repair his iPod touch I didn't think it would e a big problem until when I was attempting to remove the digitized I broke some of the copper teeth where the digitizer connect to the logic board. Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement or a place I can send it to get resoldered?

Tough find. Check on places like this or this. You might even want to cross reference and see if any of the other i's....use same connector. Here is a quick example of the work that these guys do. Might give them a ring. If nothing else, try and contact the user hectordtruong on here. Apparently he does a lot of board level repair and might get you a better answer as in where and/or how to fix it. In the "answer" section click on the "User" tab and do a search for his name. He does have his email in his profile. Good Luck

Hey Jose, can you post a pic of the damage? I can get a better idea of how bad it is if you show me.
