Why cant I turn it on

My kyocera 3G s1360 wont charge, Save the battery or turn on when i try to turn it on it wont power but when i plugin the cable it flickers but also when i power on it just says hello and the turn off

Hi @angel_10 ,

Try replacing the battery (supplier example only) and check if the phone now charges and when the battery is fully charged, check if it turns on OK.

I assume that a Kyocera 3G S1360 is the same as a Kyocera Jax S1360 (which is a 3G phone) as there are no results when searching for the former.
