red light is on but remote is not working
I have problems my 32 inch red light is on but remote is not working and and power key of TV is not what can I do

Innocent Msambi what is the exact model for your TV? Just to make sure we got the right idea, all that is working is the power LED is on as a red light? Does it do anything else? What have you checked?
