patches on the screen

there are some patches inside the screen and they looks like that there are some air bubbles

Has the laptop been dropped or gotten wet at all?

Try the following to see if you can isolate the problem a bit more:

i). Start the laptop in safe mode and check the display.

If the display is now OK it may be a driver problem. Check that the graphic adapter drivers are up to date.

If still no good in safe mode, connect an external monitor (TV?) to the laptop’s HDMI port and check if the display on it is OK.

If the external monitor display is OK but the laptop’s display is still patchy, then it may be a faulty video cable, faulty video cable connection or a faulty LCD panel.

Here’s the service manual for the laptop. Go to p.50 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the display assembly. This will allow you to check the video cable and the video cable connection to see if they are both OK.

If it is determined that the display panel is faulty it will have to be replaced as they cannot be repaired. Search online for Dell 15 5000 LCD screen to get results for suppliers that suit you best.
