I’ve tried everything i could find and… nope! nothing. I got for Christmas from my dad and at night of the next day of Christmas it wouldn’t scan anything. Please help i want to play Gta 5 Agan!!

After inserting the disc if you can hear the hum of it spinning you're looking at tray misalignment or your lens is shot. Lens in my experience. If no spin, gear malfunction in the loading tray

Hi Jacob! As I can see, it's not having issues with injecting/rejecting the disc. Does it take a long time before it reads the game? Do you hear any weird noises coming from the drive? Could be the laser that got bad..

it doesn't make any sound except for a weird dark pitched sound when i eject the disc. and no it doesn't read or scan
