California Native depends on your Tacoma’s engine size, your tools and your skills. I assume you are referring to the dipstick Tube O-ring. All it should take is the removal of one bolt that holds the tube in place. Remove that bolt, then pull the tube out. Clean the seat for the tube and replace the O-ring. Should be about an hour. Again depends on engine model, accessories mounted to your Tacoma etc.
