Roomba only goes backwards - indicates bumper stuck but bumper is not
Roomba had gotten stuck under sofa. Then, even though bumper moves freely and is not stuck, roomba error says bumper is stuck. Occasionally, will run backwards for a minute, then enters error state, indicates bumper is stuck but bumper is not stuck.

Hi,
Did you check if the bumper was working electrically as well? The bumper sensor may be faulty or dirty etc.
What is the model number of the robot vac?
