Mindy Zhang Yes, absolutely. Use your computers serial number on this link to find the part number. You can then check with Lenovo on here to see if your battery is available. Of course you can get it from other places online as well. Use the repair video that will show you how to go about changing the battery on here. Hope this helps.

Thank you! And I guess re-connecting is the same way as taking out the battery? I'm worried I'll misplace say the speaker cable or the other battery connection.

@Mindy Zhang Yes, reconnect everything in reverse directions. You'll be okay! Just take your time and follow the directions. I like to look at them beforehand a couple of times. Just to make sure I understand everything correctly. It also allow me to organize my tools, room and privacy to do the task.
