Furby Boom That Had Alot Of Problems!

So last week I bought a Furby Boom of eBay that was advertised as fully working from a English seller. Unfortunately when it arrived it spoke in a foreign language but most importantly didn’t move its eyes, mouth, ears and body most of the time. I’ve already looked on ifixit and some people were saying that its the motor but i’m not sure because sometimes it’ll slightly move its body parts. If you anyone has any help to tell me it’ll be really appreciated. Thank You in advance!

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

The motor is probably burning out, but it would still move slightly. You could maybe spin/jumpstart the motor or lubricate it or if your furby is a 2012 model you can replace it with one from a PC DVD reader (this is the door opener motor). Shaft is smaller but it's ok, diameter is good. You need a solder iron as well to replace electronic part from DC motor.
