Where can I get a replacement battery?

I know that there are thousands of “work alike” batteries on Amazon. Am I doomed to buy a pig in a poke or does some outfit still stock NOS of the OEM battery?

Logitech used to sell them as replacement parts (I bought 2 in 2015) but they are no longer even listed on their site. Yet they still continue to make the H800. And they contain a Logitech branded battery.

Right to repair FTW - can’t wait

Hi @purplepig,

Perhaps the best that you can do is to search for a AHB472625PST battery.

The number is the model number of the battery used in the headset, so presumably it should meet the same specifications as the Logitech branded one.

As Logitech is not a battery manufacturer they will only be using a made to order, rebranded battery in the headset.

Perhaps ensure that the replacement has a UL certification mark on it as per the original - see image below. Batteries with a UL Listing have been tested to meet nationally-recognized safety standards. They have been tested as complete final products
