My phone is stuck at low percent and randomly starts working weekly

My phone Samsung j120zn is stuck at a low percentage and has randomly started working and stopped working I have tried swapping the batteries and that doesn't work and have tried different chargers and it still doesn't work it seems to be an internal issue.

Hi @theteamplayz,

Try performing a hard reset to find out whether the problem is software or hardware related.

Note: Be aware that a hard reset will erase all your data and downloaded apps. It will restore the phone to its factory default condition. Also if the phone has a Google account attached you will need to know the user ID and password for the account so that you can access the phone after it has been reset. This is because the FRP (factory reset protection) lock has been enabled by the reset.

If possible when the phone is working, backup the phone to the cloud or a computer, before performing the reset, using the phone’s backup feature. (found in Settings)

When the phone has been reset and if it now working normally, restore the phone with the backup created earlier by using the phone’s restore feature. (found in Settings).

If the phone still doesn’t work OK after the factory reset then it is a hardware problem.
