Xbox One Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 constantly rebooting

My Elite controller 2 will not connect to my PC using any USB C cables. It shows up in device manager, but I can hear the windows device connect/disconnect sounds as if the controller is stuck in some kind of boot loop.

On wireless, the controller looks as if it goes into discoverable mode, but no bluetooth devices can discovery it.

I’m assuming some control chip has gone bad, but I’m unsure which of the two PCB’s the controller is on.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

It might be the main board. Have you done an update for it?
