Computer powers up to blank black display or prepari automatic repair
Just sits for hours and eventually sleeps or shuts itself off
Can't get to login or can't see it if it's there…
Won't charge battery only works plugged up
Hp au 15'' about seven yrs old solid state….

Try connecting HDMI to a TV or external monitor. It could be the internal display panel has gone kaput.
