Why won’t my Mac detect my battery?

Hello, I replaced my macbook air battery a few months ago. Everything was going fine until one day my laptop stopped detecting the battery. The temporal fix was to disconnect and connect the battery, but the more I did that, the quicker it took for it to happen again. Has anyone bern through this?

I already reset the SMC and PRAM multiple times too.

Try one more time, this time install this gem of an app! CoconutBattery take a snapshot of the apps main window and post it here for us to see Adding images to an existing question with the charger plugged in.

Also what is the color of the MagSafe LED? Amber, Green or not lit.
