My phone is Redmi Xiaomi note 8 and whenever I watch videos and play music it just suddenly restart, but whenever I use some earphone or a Bluetooth speaker its not restarting

This is just a guess but it maybe battery related. playing music especially through the speaker requires more power. maybe time to test the battery out.
did you update it before it started doing this? have you tried a different application to play it?

hey there actually i have the same problem
whenever i play music or video with sound my phone die all of sudden
but i fixed already, just by replacing your battery

My redmi note 8 also have the same issue. Whenever power goes below 27, I cannot play a video on facebook or whats app. As a temporary fix, i will connect the charger and watch. What is the permanent solution for this

I knew the exact problem . It was because my device battery was damaged and your permanent solution would be replacing the battery . I am 200% sure this is the exact solution for this problem . I got my battery replaced and it's working fine .
i have same problem,my redmi note 8 pro restarts automatically whenever i use its speaker to play sound.
Whenever my phone redmi note 9 silence mode or not use speaker my phone battary two days eisyly running, this is battary prob or not?
I am also having same problem and went to service centre. They told me to replace the battery.
My device is redmi note 8 pro.

No need to change the battery, search for
"smartphones automatically Switch off ". It's basically replacing the battery connector solder. It is better than replacing with a non-original one.
