Unable to connect PS3 to AV signal on television

I recently pulled out my PS3 after not having used it for a few months. I stopped playing because I was having difficulty setting it up. Now, I tried to connect all the wires but I was still unable to connect to AV signal. How do I fix this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
