2 My fitbit won’t switch on or charge
My Fitbit won’t switch on ot charge, it’s less than 12 months old but I bought it through Amazon and don’t have any details to send it for repair under warranty

No power behavior is really only a couple of things. First, are there no lights whatsoever? If there are lights, what do they look like. If there’s no LED or screen activity, then there is likely a short, and that would prevent boot.
