screen looks like a negative picture

I have the same problem on a RCA Model# RLDED5078A-E lcd tv, the first time it happened I just reset it to factory settings and it worked but it happened again and the factory resetting doesn’t work, what can I do?

javiersuarez2001 I think I know what you are looking at but we need confirmation. Any chance you can post some pictures of what your screen shows you? Post some pictures with your QUESTION. Adding images to an existing question

The negative image appearance is usually caused by the T-con board. To check it you would have to remove the back cover from your TV and take a look at your boards. Again, pictures will greatly help us. For now, just a picture of what your screen shows will be helpful.
