Weird beep sound code when laptop booting up, screen not turn on

My laptop dell Inspiron 5558 got a weird sound beep code when booting up,
Does anyone know about this code error? maybe the mainboard is broken?

Do Chi Bao Four beeps is a memory error and beeps means you have a low CMOS battery. Try this first:

  • disconnect the AC adapter and the battery from the system board
  • hold the power button for 30 sec,
  • remove and reinstall the memory module(s).
