reboot loop every 20 seconds then returns to black screen.

My 65 " sharp Ruko TV keeps going into a reboot loop every 20 seconds then returns to black screen. I called manufacturer lol, they are No Help my TV is 13 months old. Out of Warranty

Sounds like switching power supply failing. Main controller starts then senses power bad and shuts down.

@customsarge that's what I was thinking but never to sure when people say reboot loop. The TV obviously fails its POST but tough to narrow it down with just this little bit of information.
