User upgradable ram in the McBook Pro 14" 2021?

Q; Does the McBook Pro 14" 2021 allow for user upgradable ram? In other words, is the RAM soldered onto the motherboard or does it snap in?

The MacBooks with Apple Silicon utilize a “unified” memory design, leaving the RAM modules soldered to the board. They are not user-replaceable, and buyers will need to spec out their desired capacity at time of purchase.
