One of our ports stopped working

Hello,

One of the controller ports on our NES Classic stopped working. We tried replacing the controller but it didn’t fix it so we figure it’s the port. Please help!!

Your port pins are damaged consider it changing, if you are comfortable opening your console then open it and check if it is soldered to the board or connected to the pins check the port and order a new one easily available over online stores.

Chris, I don’t know if anyone is still monitoring these threads, but I’ve had a similar issue. Both ports just stopped. I tore down the classic, but I can’t locate a part number or anything for replacement ports, nor can I find anything online. If you know of how to acquire them, could you let us know?
