kenmore series 500 washer unbalanced
why does my washer get unbalanced? it shows to be level & its not overloaded.

Hi,
Here’s the tech sheet for your washer. It details how to get into the diagnostic test mode for the washer. Check if you get any error codes being displayed when in diagnostics (F0E5?)
if so check if the suspension rod is OK i.e. not loose etc. (part # W11130362)
If the suspension rod is OK it may be the drive hub (part # W10528947)
The supplier example was only to show where they are located (click on parts diagram and video in links) and what they may cost.
There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search for the part number to get results.
FYI - I reopened your deleted comment about the model number and restored your deducted reputation points on the Ifixit forum. Sometimes the Ifixit spam iRobot gets it wrong and thinks that long model numbers are spam phone numbers and deletes the post and also deducts 100 points from your reputation tally - Moderator

Looks like the rear Bracket is self adjusting and is not working right.
