iPhone (8+) Stuck on apple logo then shutting off

My phone is showing the apple logo for around 3 seconds, then turning off. The screen is also glitching with it going green and a

line being drawn horizontally on the apple logo. I can boot into recovery mode but iTunes on my computer won’t load properly. This is all happening repeatedly. Is there any way to fix it without losing data?
