Left speaker works, but not the right one.

I have been using my Samsung Chromebook 3 (XE501C13) for a little more than a year. Recently, the right speaker has just stopped working. I do not have any knowledge of how this happened, and would like to get this fixed quickly.

Maybe it could have been caused from me dropping it?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hi @nint3ndowii ,

Try connecting a set of headphones to the laptop and check if there is audio in both of the headphone speakers.

If there is then there may be a problem with the right speaker in the laptop.

Here’s the Ifixit Samsung Chromebook 3 XE500C13-K02US Speakers Replacement guide that will help to gain access to the right speaker to check if it is OK etc.

If there is no audio in both of the headphone speakers then there is a problem on the systemboard
