Harman Kardon onyx studio 6 issue

Hi! I have a harman kardon onyx studio 6 that won’t play or pause music when I tap the play/pause music, and won’t go into pairing mode when I click the Bluetooth button, but the volume up, down, and the power button work. How can I fix this? I really don’t wanna use the speaker in aux mode </3

I have a similar issue...I purchase two from Sprint store last year and just recently it stopped working and now I cannot reset. The power button doesn't power on and cannot pair.
