Dead zone with touch

Hi, i changed the ipad 6 glass. Work perfectly but in the center i’ve got a little dead zone . Did someone know the cause?

Options

azef mlqjdfm  that would be a failed digitizer/touchscreen. Time to replace it once more. Even new ones fail more often than we think. iPad 6 Wi-Fi Front Panel Assembly Replacement
