Oscilloscope input channel impedance

hi. my Oscilloscope input channel impedance is 1 ohm.what can be damaged?

We will need some more info.

• What make and model is it?

• Was there different impedance before?

• Are you sure it is not 1 MΩ???

Sounds like an input amplifier is fried due to overvoltage. If it was a mechanical short it would be near zero ohms, but you have a short through a semiconductor junction.
