Same issue here. Initially nothing came out of sprayer nozzle, now just a frothy bubble liquid dribbles down the front of robot but nothing sprays onto floor. On hold with customer service with an est wait time or “more than 30 min". Great.

Change the pad, If you have put a white dry pad it will not spray. You have to put a blue pad on for it to spray

I had the same problem. I cleaned filter. I also cleaned the jets at the front both with a fine stiff brush (as recommended) and with a WaterPik dental high pressure water spray flosser. Fixed the problem.

It is sadly a fabrication error. I am now on my 5rh M6

Thay all had to be repaired. Every single unit wirks for 2 to 3 mobths if I'm lucky after which the same problem occurs. I cleaned the filters, tubes, reboot. Nothing. For some reason whatever it is they use inside, it cloggs and the unit breaks

1 golden tip: Do NOT buy the Braava. It is just utter crap. Sorry.

I had this problem after some week, on may case, the water filter was dirty. The filter is below the water tank, after cleaning it very thoroughly, it worked again…

If all of the above fails and the BRAAVA has not been used or stored (or you purchase a used BRAAVA, you have to disassemble to get to the pump. If the rotating rollers that squeeze the tubing to pump liquid remain in the same position for a long time, it puts a crimp in the tubing. Pull the tubing from the pump, a simple squeeze will remove the kink, then away you go. Same prob with the Scooba also

Instructions say to Reboot the braava. This worked on my newly acquired used one.

The Braava uses a peristaltic pump that relies on the tubes being clean. Using non-approved cleaning fluids can block the tubes or make them 'sticky' and degrade the efficiency of the pump. There are YouTube videos on how to overcome this problem. It is not a simple procedure and would, I imagine, invalidate any guarantee. If it's under guarantee contact iRobot. I had a motor failure that iRobot diagnosed over the web and replaced for free. They were very helpful.
