Bright streaks of light above and to the left of my tablet screen. See the picture. How can I fix this?

Geert Wiegeers that is a bad LCD screen. You can not repair that but need to replace it. These guides Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 Digitizer Replacement as well as this video should get you there.
