I can't hear well during calls, can it be fixed?

i’m using a huawei Y9 2019, and recently with Covid 19 I used to use Handsanitizer (70% alcohol) to clean the surface of my phone from germs…and some of would usually touch the ear speaker. for few months now i cant really hear the person i’m calling very well, I would need to use the speaker or earphones or bluetooth… to be able to make a call.

Is there a solution to this problem or did the alcohol mess up the hardware ?

My huawei Y92019 is not completing startup.shut down after Logo appearing.

was the phone on when you cleaned it? if so you may have shorted something out. you could try pulling the battery or turning it off and workign some 90 or higher % alcohol in the ear piece and then using a hair dryer to try and get any moisture in it, out.

that would really be your best bet at this point. without opening the phone its kind of hard to determine the extent of the damage.

The Phone wasn't On when cleaning it.

I can't get the battery out since the phone doesnt have an openable back cover.

I will turn it off and try what you suggested though .
