I’m trying to replace the screen on my mi mix 2s and there’s this little blue plastic tab towards the bottom:
Old screen on the left, new one on the right. The tab i’m referring to is that blue thing at the bottom right.
I’m assuming i’m supposed to remove it, but I tried pulling but it doesn’t seem like it’ll come out without me pulling off the whole grey part on top of it. Any suggestions?

i wouldnt. its plastic and non conductive. is the screen an OEM Replacement? if so id email or message them and ask what it is. if i were you id just fold its under the PCB in the picture.
you could just trim it with some small scissors or tweezers and an exacto knife!
