Fan is not working

I have a macbook pro a1708, the fan is not working. I replaced this but it didn't help.

I can't find any damage on the motherboard, on the 2nd pin of the fan connector output is 5v

I try also the SMC reset.

Hardware diagnose error is PPF004

Do you have any tips?

Not sure why you jumped to the logic board as you still have the connection pathway to it to check. From the fan units connector within the upper case which then transitions to the keyboard/trackpad cable to the logic board.
