My MOTO don't charge anymore after display replacement

Hello,

I just changed my MOTO G5 display that I bought on Ifixit EU store and now I can’t charge it anymore. It charged perfectly before I changed the display.
Did anybody already have this issue ?

Hi, did you fix the issue, I'm having the same issue with a screen bought from Amazon. I tried connecting the old screen back and it actually charges with it.

Im wondering if there is a fix or I just need to return the new screen.

Hi @kudzum ,

Have you checked the flex cable connections to the daughterboard are both OK, as seen in Step.10 of the Motorola Moto G5 LCD Screen and Digitizer Assembly Replacement guide, you didn’t say?

Yes I checked twice and both sides : motherboard and daughterboard.
