Why is my phone screen showing like moving and double things

I think it's the hardware problem it cannot be recorded through screen recorder

I don't know how to say it but it's like it keeps on moving and showing double things

Plz help me

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?

Try starting the phone in safe mode and check if it still happens.
