Fans won't come on now

Xbox360 used to have three rings now gone, I know have two rings. It can't be getting hot because the two ring come up straight away and the fans don,t turn on and the disk tray won,t open either. Help

Kent, check on here for a good explanation of the error codes and how to obtain more information from your console. The error itself can be caused when the CPU or the GPU are overheating as well as a bad solder connection of the Ram chip. I guess the only way to fix it would be to reflow the board either by a professional or you could try this. The only other thing I can think of is to use the RROD kit from here.
