Can you help me fix my new fat PS2?

Hi everybody,

I just bought a PS2 5004 from eBay that has this kind of problem on the disk drawer:

In the final part it kinda "gets off from its track". I opened it and cleaned everything and i think it's the drawer itself that has a piece of plastic broken.

Do you know where I can get a replacement (hoping in Europe)?

I also have a problem with the laser KHS-400C that doesn't read the scratched disk that came with this PS2. Do you know where I can get a "reputable" and already checked laser?
