iPhone stuck at 0.015 A

iPhone 7 Came in with NO BOOT, there was previous work done and the previous tech had changed the NAND. Popped it under a thermal cam and a resistor on the line NAND_ZQ was short. Removed it and no more short. Now the phone is getting stuck at 0.015 A upon prompt to boot. Not going any further.

Any help would be appreciated!

A resistor on this line cannot get shorted Myron. Remember a resistor is like a wire and will reduce current so if one end is connected to ground you will get very low resistance on your multimeter causing it to beep. This resistor probably needs to be there.
