Should I have a greater thermal solution?

for some task, my mac become a little to hot (99/100°) and after reading and seeing some video I would sostitute the thermal pad of it and put it on the thermal dissipator to dissipate heat direct to the allumium contenitor, is that a great idea? And can the iFixit Essential Electronics Toolkit, help me (open the max and remove the thermal Dissipator?) and is the arctic thermal paste great?; thank you for your answer

Re-engineering your system is just not possible! This systems design doesn’t offer any way to alter its cooling.

The better solution is to run a good thermal monitoring app like TG Pro ramping up the fan

If that doesn’t help maybe you’re expecting more than this system was designed to do. I would recommend you look at the M1 based model or jump to a MacBook Pro 13” system which offers a better cooling system.

Normally I'd look into thermal paste, but 2019 is still too new to suspect it.
