Pioneer 7600NEX backup camera keeps going off

I had Best Buy install a Pioneer 7600NEX head unit into my 18 Nissan Titan. Everything seems fine except the backup camera. When I first turn on the truck and put it in reverse, the backup camera comes on. After about 15 seconds the screen goes black but I still have the guide lines. I can switch it in drive and back to reverse but same black screen. If I turn the truck off and back on, the process repeats itself. What is causing this?

Check if the latest firmware is installed in the head unit.
