@Fayyadh Muqri

If it is only a month old from new take it back or call customer service as it is still covered by the warranty

by

@jayeff will do it. By the way,i already try to disable the boot option on BIOS. PXE boot and USB boot. Also not working.

@Fayyadh Muqri

If it doen't boot from a USB then there may be problems withthe BIOS or the motherboard.

Did you try resetting the BIOS back to default using the options in BIOS?

If that doesn't work, as I said, as it is new, take it back. Don't open it as this will void the warranty

If you have no other drives connected to the system, it is possible that the internal hard drive has failed and will need to be replaced. This is one of the most common methods of computer failure I see nowadays. Do you happen to have model number of the laptop? If you do, we may be able to find a guide we can provide to help you open it to try re-seating the connection and if that doesn’t help, replace it. You should know that after you install a new drive you will need to re-install Windows and to make the installer flash drive you will need access to another computer.

The model name is Ideapad L3i (15). I just bought it a month ago. Is that possible for hard disk to fail even just a month use? I already try to disable USB boot or PXE boot. Nkt working too

by

@Fayyadh Muqri It is certainly possible, seen it many times. Often happens if someone shipping the laptop was a bit rough with it. From my experience Lenovo does really well with warranty stuff, I would reach out to them, I've seen them fix things that were out of warranty at no cost quickly before
