so how do i turn on my tablet?

Hi,
The answer would be to replace the power key and the volume key and check if this resolves the problem.
Here’s the hardware maintenance manual for the tablet, taken from this support webpage.
Go to p.29 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the keys.
On p.31 you will find the parts list FRU numbers for the parts.
Search online using the FRU number only to get results for suppliers of the parts.

If you turn on the tab connect to charger and then disconnect it will on, it will possible only during only sometimes but permanent solution is to change the power button. Coming to volume button it's not very much problem, but going to setting you can increase or decrease the volume. You have to change the buttons for permanent and also easily accessible.
