How to fix Audio Control and function buttons from Onkyo TX-NR414?

When I turn on my receiver the audio control is lock and i can´t adjust the the volume level, even buttons are not working, I tried the factory reset but its not working as well.

At the beginnig the problem was intermitent, and after some minutes the volume control and all button were working well, but now its permanently.

Some body can give me some help?
