My phone emits sound along with my Wireless bluetooth headphones

I recently bought wireless headphones, and theyre doing the job well. Problem is, when i activate bluetooth it emits sound from both my headphones and the phone itself, as if i havent plugged in anything. This issue started on the day i tested them.
